Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please review the product description, sizing information and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your name and order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the item
Photographs of the packaging if the order was damaged during shipping
We will review the information and contact you with the appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund.
Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered processing or has been shipped.
