Shipping & Delivery Times

Production time and shipping time are separate. The estimated production time shown below is the time required to prepare your order before shipment. USPS transit time begins after your order ships and is not included in the production estimate. Please consider both timeframes when choosing a shipping method and planning for your portrait date.

Orders placed by noon on Saturday typically ship the following Monday

During periods of high order volume, please allow up to seven additional days for production. Large-quantity orders may also require additional time.

Orders are fulfilled in the order received.

Shipping options available at checkout:

• USPS Ground Advantage (Free): Approximately 4–6 business days

• USPS Priority Mail: Approximately 3–4 business days

• USPS Priority Mail Express: Approximately 1–2 business days; recommended for time-sensitive orders
