Shipping & Delivery Times

Production time and shipping time are separate. The estimated production time shown below is the time required to prepare your order before shipment. USPS transit time begins after your order ships and is not included in the production estimate. Please consider both timeframes when choosing a shipping method and planning for your portrait date.

Orders placed by noon CST on Saturday typically ship the following Monday

During periods of high order volume, please allow up to seven additional days for production. Large-quantity orders may also require additional time.

Orders are fulfilled in the order received.

Shipping options available at checkout:

• USPS Ground Advantage (Free): Approximately 4–6 business days within the contiguous United States

  • Please note: USPS Ground Advantage shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may take 10 business days or longer. Delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed.

• USPS Priority Mail: Approximately 3–4 business days

• USPS Priority Mail Express: Approximately 1–2 business days; recommended for time-sensitive orders

Signature Required: Orders over $250 and Priority Mail Express orders are insured and require a signature upon delivery. Please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign.
